It’s unfortunate that the product is malfunctioning; I never had any problems before, and now I’m requesting a refund because the power button is loose and hard to press. Besides that, it doesn’t function properly by vibrating well, and there’s something loose in the device. They respond that this is a personal opinion or something like that, offering a refund but making me pay for the return shipping. Additionally, I’ve been on the phone for half an hour because they put me through to an AI, and they say the photo doesn’t show the defect well or something like that. I’m amazed; their policy states that they process more than 10 returns per month, and I rarely order anything online. I have to pay for the return myself, as if I were making up that it doesn’t work.
